I refused, then he was mad and told me that they don't have the tools to changed the oil. He went ahead without my permission and did it anyway, then told me what the cost is. Because they diagnosed my vehicle which I continously telling them that I don't need that service, just oil changed. Last November, 2022, I took my 2018 Toyota for oil changed, they kept me waiting for 2hrs. |
